The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2016 and consequently to survey his land by fixing the boundary and to issue patta to petitioner's land situated in Survey No.80/1 an extent of 40 cents Paraipatti revenue Village Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents. At the consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.
3.Though the petitioner has come out with the aforesaid prayer, the learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that if a direction is issued by this Court to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2016 and to pass orders thereon, the petitioner would be satisfied. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2016 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before deciding the said representation of the petitioner, if any rival claim is made on the claim of the petitioner, such rival parties shall also be put on notice and they shall also be heard along with the petitioner.
