PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.04.2019. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Kannan For R1 and R2 : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he borrowed some money from one Kalimuthu and repaid the same. Now the said Kalimuthu is demanding interest and harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner filed a complaint before the second respondent. But, so far, no action has been taken on the same. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry has been conducted and closed as money dispute directing the parties to approach the appropriate civil forum.
