RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.15081 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022 to execute a bond each with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri concerned for further two weeks.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARDHAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15081 of 2022 dated 06.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
