To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.9574/2024 order dated 04.07.2024 Common Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VIGNESH SHUNMUGAM, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioners in all CRL MP's and of MR.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in all CRL MP's, the court made the following order:- In all these cases, the petitioners are praying for relaxation of the condition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are natives of Madhya Pradesh.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the same is the reason for apprehension.
4.The learned counsel submits that now the trial is about to commence and they have to visit their native at least for 15 days so as to equip themselves to face the trial and only pray for an interim relaxation for a period of 15 days. 5.When the said prayer was made, the matter was passed over for the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to get instructions. 6.If the accused undertakes to share their location twice a day for the said period of 15 days, with that condition, interim relaxation can be granted. 7.In view thereof, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners will be permitted to travel to their native place on 10.08.2024 and 2/3
shall return to Madurai on 22.08.2024.
8.In the meanwhile, as undertaken by them, the accused shall share their location twice with the Investigating officer and thereafter resume signing as per the original condition.
