ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands in S.Nos.156/1, 156/2, 156/3A, 156/4B, 157/1, 157/2A, 157/4A, 157/5, 158/1, 158/2, 158/4 and 158/5A, situated at Karadikulam Village, Kayathar Taluk, Tuticorin District, by considering the petitioner's Application No. 2022/0103/28/341960, dated 20.07.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the petitioner himself has sold the lands to the respondents 2 and 3.

3. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

4. Since the petitioner himself has sold the lands in question to the respondents 2 and 3, the question of acceding to the prayer sought for in this writ petition does not arise.
