PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4367/2016/A4 dated 19.12.2016 and consequently to issue patta to the petitioner's residential house situated at old Survey No.62.5 and New Survey No.325.2, VOC Nagar 5th Street, Machuvadi, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's property in Old S.No.62.5 (New Survey No.325.2) situated at VOC Nagar 5th Street, Machuvadi, Pudukkottai District.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 25.07.2019. 3.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the value of the aforesaid property is less than 1 lakh, the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.17982 of 2019 4.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders, by taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the interested parties, if any.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
