This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the respondents 3 and 4 for not to harass the petitioner and his family on the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the third respondent registered an FIR in Crime No.869 of 2022, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 307 IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and the same is pending for further enquiry.
