The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.330 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completing investigation the respondent police has filed charge sheet and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.25 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. He further submitted that the case was posted on 29.08.2022 for appearance of the accused. The statement is recorded.
