The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 05.08.2016 wherein and whereby he sought for survey of land referred to in the writ petition.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that such request has not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants if any. Such exercise shall be completed by the respondents 3 and 4 within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
