PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to register the petitioners sale deed in respect of the lands in S.Nos. 239/15D, 16D, 2D, 6D, 7D, 9E, 246/1C and 246/1E at Rajalipatti Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, without insisting the original parental Document in Doc.No. 1960/2013 dated 17.06.2013 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Viralimalai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to register the petitioner's sale deed, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
