Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2016 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and directing the first respondent to issue a suitable direction to the Respondents No.2 to 4 and their officials to open the petitioner's village locker and to take old money of Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- Notes and to change the new money from appropriate bank and again to deposit the new money in the petitioner village locker.
