PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 herein to ensure that the petitioner is to be offered with first honor as offered to him in the year 2023 by the 5th respondent as a Representative of Thennilai Nattars during the Kettai Natchathiram Car Festival of Kandadevi Sri Swarnamoortheeswarar Kumkuma Kaliamman Temple of Kandadevi, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District scheduled to be held on 08.07.2025 by considering the representation of the petitioner's dated 19.06.2025.
