Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit for executing sureties granted by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8699 of 2023 vide its order dated 10.05.023 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.L.DHILIPAN PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8699 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to execute the sureties before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. Due to delay in getting the above said order copy, the petitioner could not comply the condition within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
