Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.998/A5/2020, dated 08.06.2020 on the file of the fifth respondent delivered to the petitioner on 30.11.2020 and the consequential impugned order in Na.Ka.No.123/2020, dated 30.11.2020 on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, for a direction forbearing the respondents 4 & 5 from initiating recovery action and cancelling the incentive increment granted to the petitioner for acquiring B.Ped degree which is in accordance with the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.177, School Education Department (PaKa5(2)) Department, dated 13.10.2016.
