The petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the Tahsildar transferring patta. Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved against such proceedings, it is for him to file appropriate appeal before the competent appellate authority under the statute. Without doing so, the petitioner has approached this Court and filed this writ petition which in my considered view, is not maintainable. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent appellate authority within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any

such appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. No costs.
