ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide accidental death financial assistance under Chief Minister's Uzhavar Pathukappu Thittam to the petitioner and his family members by considering her representation dated 26.03.2018 within the stipulated period. 2.According to the petitioner, she sent a representation dated 26.03.2018 to the respondents to provide accidental death financial assistance under the Scheme. So far no order has been passed by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

W.P(MD)No.17986 of 2019 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent / the District Collector to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
