This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the fourth respondent.

2.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent was registered in Current Petition No.P2/SP/2866/2020 and after conducting enquiry, the said petition was closed.
