The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land bearing Sub-division S.No.11/3, 12/2A in T.S.No.48, Ward-A, Block 27 situated at Aruppukkottai Town, Virudhunagar District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukkottai has considered the petitioner's appeal, by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/3038/2018, dated 17.07.2020 and the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
