ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give appropriate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her one year female child and ensure the petitioner's peaceful livelihood in the house at S.F. No.361/3A1A annexed with Home No.10/230, VGS Nagar Kudankulam, Radhapuram Taluk, 2.The petitioner lodged complaint as against her husband and family members before the Inspector of Police, Kudankulam and the same was registered in Crime No.285 of 2020 for offences under Section 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 323, 354, 427 and 506(1) of IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002.
3.While pending investigation, again, the respondents 4 to 10 disturbed the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property. In fact, the petitioner also filed a suit in O.S.No.108 of 2020 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram against the respondents 4 to 6 and 8 herein not to agitate the petitioner to living in the subject property and not to check out the petitioner without pursuing the appropriate law. While pending the suit, the petitioner lodged complaint seeking police protection on the file of the third respondent and it is pending.
4.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 10 herein and conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of two
(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
