Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to make the corrections regarding the petitioner's date of Birth as 03.04.1991 instead of 02.04.1991 in his 10th mark sheet certificate (regarding the Register No.045382) respectively and provide correct mark sheet.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to make corrections regarding the petitioner's date of birth in his 10th mark sheet certificate.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the transfer certificate issued by the school referred the date of birth correctly as 03.04.1991, mark sheet has been issued wrongly mentioning the date of birth as 02.04.1991. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 10.11.2016 seeking for rectifying the mistake in the mark sheet. It is stated that the said representation has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Therefore, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, without loss of further time, in any event, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
