2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the Police are in the process of taking steps to see that the orders of the learned TNPID Judge made in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2022 are being implemented. It is further submitted that letters have been addressed to PWD Engineer to depute a competent person to assess the value of the interior decorations of the Jewellery shop belonging to the petitioner.

3. Considering the circumstances made above, the respondent Police are directed to comply with the directions of learned TNPID Judge, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2022, dated 06.04.2023, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
