The petitioner has made an application on 11.04.2023 for surveying his lands in Survey Nos.400/3E and 401/2C situated at Kuthapanchan Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District and has also paid necessary fee. However, the application of the petitioner has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the application of the petitioner is registered on 17.04.2023 and his serial number is 91. The survey is being conducted by the respondents on seniority basis. The application of the petitioner would be considered and the survey would be conducted within a period of three weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to conduct the survey 2/4

within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
