************* [Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.,J.] The Petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to enquire about the election conducted to the Srivilliputhur Advocate Bar Association on 8.7.2019 and take necessary action and declare that the election held on 8.7.2019 as illegal and void. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.It appears that the Petitioner being a member of the Srivilliputhur Advocate Bar Association, is aggrieved against the election conducted to the said Association on 8.7.2019 and the results declared thereon.

W.P(MD)NO.18345 OF 2019 4.If that be the case, the proper course of action for the Petitioner is to challenge the said election before the appropriate forum and not by filing a Writ Petition, as has been in this case. Therefore, we find that the present Writ Petition is totally misconceived.
