(Crime No.270/2019) : Respondents/Complainants PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent No.2 to complete the investigation and file a final report with appropriate penal provisions before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.270 of 2019 on the file the second respondent Police Station within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.270 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.270 of 2019 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506(i) IPC by the respondent police on 14.07.2019. But so far, the respondent police has not taken any action on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner is substantially complete and final report will be filed shortly.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in the case in Crime No.270 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
