The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the defects in the UDR and other revenue records in respect of Survey No.932/1 measuring 0.05.5 Ares 0.12.0 Ares in Survey No. 932/2 1.64.5 Hectares in Survey No. 932/3 totalling 04 acres and 49 cents i.e. 1.82.0 Hectares Patta No. 805 situated at Alantha Village Srivaikundam Taluk Thoothukudi District and to issue patta to the Petitioner and conduct enquiry based on the Petitioner's representations. 2.It appears that the petitioner has already made representation on 25.01.2016 seeking for the very same relief. Therefore, it is for the respondents, more particularly, the third respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants if any. Such exercise shall be completed by the third respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
