JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.70 of 2019 dated 09.01.2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special District Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant/Insurance Company, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/claimants and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the matter was settled in Lok Adalat during the pendency of the execution petition and the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that she has circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 23.06.2025, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. 2/4

3. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as per the rules. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
