The petitioner has filed the present writ petition on the ground that the respondent has insisted for production of FMB Sketch and layout for 1/4
registering a Will executed by her.
2. Today, when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on written instruction which has been received from the respondent, submits that the respondent has never insisted for any FMB Sketch or layout from the petitioner.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to register the Will within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
