This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondent to defreeze the Saving Account No.1009101027239 and the Unique Customer ID.28820767 maintained in the respondent Bank by the petitioner, by considering the representation sent by the petitioner, dated 01.06.2021. 2.Heard Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.It would only be appropriate that the respondent should permit the petitioner to operate the bank account, which had been blocked.

4.I come to understand that the petitioner had given a representation earlier in the morning. Let the respondent act on the said representation and permit the petitioner, in accordance with rules, to operate the bank account.
