Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Refusal Slip in Refusal Number RFL/Vadamadurai/87/2025 dated 04.04.2025 issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale agreement dated 03.04.2025 presented by the petitioner for registration within the time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned Refusal Slip in Refusal Number RFL/Vadamadurai/87/2025 dated 04.04.2025 issued by the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale agreement dated 03.04.2025 presented by the petitioner for registration.

2. Considering the facts of this case, by Order, dated 14.07.2025 this Court has issued direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's sale agreement dated 03.04.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court is complied with.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
