The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order TIN /33136418575/2019 - 2020 , 2020- 2021, 2021- 2022, 2022 - 2023 (April - August's 2022) for the total assessment 3 years 5 months, dated 20.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as against the impugned order, dated 20.05.2025, the petitioner has approached the appellate Forum by filing an appeal and seeks to close the petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
