Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in the impugned communication Ref.MAO/CHO/16, dated 14.12.2016 issued by the second respondent and to quash the same and further to direct the respondents to accept the alternative land measuring 30 cents comprised in S.No.119/1, Odai Pudur, Kodimangalam, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District and thereby issue Letter of Intend to the Petitioner for LPG Distributorship for Sholavandan, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.
