2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that matter had been referred to higher officials for obtaining opinion. Thereafter, administrative sanction had to be obtained for filing an appeal and there has been delay in the said process.
3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent had filed a contempt petition. 1/3
4.At any rate, the learned counsel for the respondent will also be heard when the appeal comes up for admission. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
