The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the complaint, dated 13.08.2021, within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the first respondent herein forwarded the same to the second respondent and now it is pending enquiry before the second respondent.

3. Since the enquiry has been undertaken upon the second respondent, this Petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry.
