2.The petitioner is the sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 29.03.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(II)(c) & 25 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.18 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
