ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.738 of 2019. She seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.The petition is having one previous case. Hence, I declined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
