PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned award dated 09.09.2017 passed in Lok Adalat Case No.6 of 2017 by the Lok Adalat conducted by the first respondent, the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram and quash the same and to direct the third respondent to register the same in Book 1 in respect of subject properties in Survey Nos.182/1B, 182/1C, 182/2, 187/21D and 187/1C, Alagankulam Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District and consequently to forbear the third respondent from registering any document of alienation or encumbrance by the respondents 4 to 7 and 16 in respect of the subject properties. This Writ Petition is filed as against the award passed by the first respondent/the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, in Lok Adalat Case No.6 of 2017, dated 09.09.2017.

2.Today(27.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 27.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
