This Criminal Original Petition has been filed as against the second respondent, not to interfere in the civil dispute under the guise of an enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instruction from the respondent police submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. There are three civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. Since it is a civil dispute, the respondent police are not inclined to register a case.
