2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that encroachments had been identified in the 2/5

petition mentioned water body and Form II and III notices have already been issued.

3. We direct the sixth respondent to continue the proceedings and take them to their logical conclusion. Opportunity will be given to the aggrieved individuals. By adhering to due process of law, the encroachments shall be removed. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
