ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order passed under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, is under challenge in the writ proceedings.
2. The grounds raised by the petitioner is that sufficient time has not been granted to him to submit his explanation.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that seven (7) days time was granted to the petitioner for submitting his explanation but he failed to do so. Thus, the order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, has been issued. If at all the 2/4
petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to prefer Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
