Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JINNAH.S.M.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.MB.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, concerned as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No.6772 of 2021 before the Honourable Supreme Court, challenging the condition imposed against the petitioner by directing him to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- and the Honourable Supreme Court, vide order dated 15.09.2021 has stayed the said condition mentioned in paragraph No.8 of the order passed by this Court and therefore, the petitioners could not produce the sureties before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for
