Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner in the month of March 2023 against the order of the second respondent in Ni.Mu.No.487/2019/Aa3 dated 17.02.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to take the Revision Petition on file, if it is in order and take a decision on the petitioner's Revision Petition in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
