ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No. Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for State of TN (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending. However, if the petitioner appears for enquiry, they will consider and dispose of the case in accordance with law.
