: Contemnors/Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to issue a notice of contempt to punish the Contemnors/Respondents for their wilful, deliberate, disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.OP(MD)No.12916 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.12916 of 2021, dated 06.09.2021. 2.By the order dated 06.09.2021, this Court has directed the second respondent to conduct investigation and complete the same within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and further directed the first respondent to monitor the same. 3.The contemnor, who is the second respondent is present in person before this Court and submitted that final report was made ready on 28.03.2022 and the same has been filed before the concerned Court through on-line on 13.08.2022 itself. But, that has been not taken on file sofar.

4.In view of the above, there shall be an direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Madurai, to process the final report as per rules.

5.Since the order passed by this Court dated 06.09.2021 has been complied, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the contemnors/respondents are discharged.
