ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application before the respondent on 06.04.2023 requesting to grant joint patta, in respect of the land in Survey No.124/3 in Keelavalavu Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, in his name along with his sisters' name. Since the said application has not been considered, he has filed this present writ petition.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, submits that the petitioner's application dated 06.04.2023 is under consideration and though he was informed to furnish the details about the legal heirs, he has not furnished the said details.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by referring to the affidavit, submits that the petitioner has furnished the details of 2/4

all legal heirs and he made the said application dated 06.04.2023 for joint patta on behalf of all the legal heirs.

Considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner's application is under consideration, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
