This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2016 and to take legal action and also to give police protection to him as well as his family members life and limb at the hands of the above said persons.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents, who has no serious objection for the petitioner's prayer.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent police is directed to give police protection only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family, after

considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2016. 4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
