2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner pending in Si.Pa.No.2341/2015/Aa.1 dated 11.05.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
