When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2014 was dismissed, on 16.10.2019.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application to review the suit, in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
