ORDER

This revision has been filed to call for the records and to modify the condition in para 6(vii) regarding production of the vehicle before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai on first working day of every month passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumar District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2668 of 2020, dated 17.07.2020 and to allow the Criminal Revision Petition.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly, but, it is difficult to produce the vehicle before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, on the first working day of every month and prayed the petition to be modified.
