ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the application submitted by the respondents 5 to 7 for issuance of patta was rejected by the third respondent. If any appeal is filed before the second respondent, the second respondent will put the petitioner on notice before passing any final order.
