For Petitioners : Mr.S.Louis For Respondents : Mr.A.Thiagarajan Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the objections dated 20.10.2020, 22.10.2020, 20.10.2020 and 23.10.2020, submitted by the petitioners, in pursuance to the Temporary Seniority List in Na.Ka.No.A3/30588/2017, dated 19.10.2020.
2. The only grievance of the petitioners is that the second respondent has published the Temporary Seniority List on 19.10.2020, for promotion to the post of Graduate Warden, in which the names of the petitioners were not included and their juniors names were included. Hence, the petitioners have made their objections on 20.10.2020, 22.10.2020, 20.10.2020 and 23.10.2020. After receiving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).Nos.18228, 18230, 18231 and 18232 of 2020 the objections, no final order has been passed by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing these writ petitions.
3. Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have received the objections made by the petitioners and the final order will be passed by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the objections made by the petitioners dated 20.10.2020, 22.10.2020, 20.10.2020 and 23.10.2020 and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
